With the First Lady
I used to own a two family house in Portland in a historic part of town. Some of the apartments have become run down and create disturbance and danger in our neighborhood. My neighbors and myself created a Neighborhood Crime Watch. During the last presidential campaign Hillary Clinton visited Portland and she wanted to visit areas that were working to improve the quality of life through creating community. She visited our neighborhood and talked with us about what we had done. Our neighborhood is improving and we are happy to have had the recognition and support of the First Lady.
